As at 7/9/23, five TOCs have staff travel promotions/compensation schemes, managed via LENNON-issued I-Codes. These are retailed through restricted websites, so should not appear in ordinary public journey enquiries.
The TOCs are Chiltern Railways, CrossCountry, East Midlands Railway, Northern and TransPennine Express; and the codes allocated to each are:

The CRS Codes do not originate from CORPUS, being created from a “Q” series held, and allocated, by the PMS Service Desk. The TIPLOCs use the dummy CATZ… series with the last three characters being those of the dummy CRS Codes. These CRS Codes and TIPLOCs only exist in the PMS supplied location reference data, and so will not appear in rail operating systems, Darwin, etc.
To complement these locations, dummy train schedules have been created in the Timetables: Manage Manual Services section in PMS. Those dummy trains are documented separately at: https://rdg.freshservice.com/a/solutions/categories/3000053026/folders/3000083767
