Introduction:

This procedure outlines the steps to fulfil a Service Request to Produce a ToD Location Report in RCS.


Process Steps:

1. Ticket received in Fresh Service requesting to produce a ToD Location Report.

2. Assign the ticket to Service Desk.

3. Login to RCS.

4. Click on the reporting button, which is located on the left hand side of the page.

5. Then select ToD report.

6. Select ToD Location Report in order to produce the report.

7. Send report to rebecca.hansen@raildeliverygroup.com,  Cc rebecca.hansen@raildeliverygroup.com. Then resolve Service Request.

8. Rename (ddmmyy) and save the downloaded report in the RCS folder. Operations > Retail Control Service > ToD Location Report.
