When checking product configurations in RCS and there are discrepancies found from what is seen on UI screen and report and data feed export file, the reason might be that the different TOC's have the m-Ticket fulfilment method mapped to e-Ticket. For this reason it's necessary to check the export, rather than just what is appearing in the RCS screen.
If m-Ticket fulfilment method does not appear in the All Businesses licensee for these products, RCS adds in “virtual” licensees for HJ, HK, HN and HO that is a copy of the All Businesses licensee with an additional m-Ticket entry. These are not shown in the UI, they only appear in the export. There are two FreshService tickets related to this - #47149 and #46307
